When is rent due?
   ○ 1st of each month unless otherwise specified in the lease.
Are any utilities included?
   ○ No, all utilities are the responsibility of the renter and all utilities must be transferred within 7 days of lease origination.
Who takes care of the lawn and snow removal?
   ○ Each tenant is responsible for cutting the lawn, and removing the snow all in accordance with local applicable ordinances.
   ○ Lawn mowers and snow removal equipment will not be provided.
What do I do if something needs repair?

Can I pay my rent online?
